We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours during the week. Orders placed on weekends/ bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

All orders are send out on a Royal Mail tracked 24 service.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £50.

For orders under £50, the delivery charge is £5.

Unwanted or unsuitable items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the date that you receive your order to return an item to us for a refund.

Items must be returned in resalable condition, including tags. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned unless unworn or faulty.

Please note: we do not refund or cover returns postage for non-faulty items.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item please email us stating your order number and the nature of the fault (ideally with a photo). We will then either replace the faulty item or refund you in full (including any delivery charges). Please contact us before returning the item.

Refunds will be processed 3-4 working days after the receipt of your return.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment card & may take up to 3-5 days to appear on your bank statements.
